Outdoor fire pit, gas grill, lawn chairs, TV with satellite dish, DVD & VCR, stereo & CD, washer, dryer, stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, central heat and air, kitchen utensils, dishes, cook ware, towels, and linens.  We also provide salt, pepper, trash bags, dish soap, laundry soap, dryer sheets, toilet paper, bath soap, first aid kit, games, movies and reading materials.    [Please Note: the pond across the street is Private Property, PLEASE NO TRESSPASSING!]

Sunday thru Thursday - $100.00 per night

Weekly Rate (6 nights) - $620.00

Friday and Saturday must be booked together.

No single night rentals on weekends.

 Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out Time is 11:00 a.m.  

Payment Options:  
We accept cash checks accepted only if received 14 days prior to reservation date.  You must have a valid credit card charge account to make a reservation.

Regulations
 Eight people maximum.    No Pets are Allowed.  Must be 21 years or older to rent the Lodge.  Outdoor Quite hours from 11pm. – 7am.  Please respect our friends and neighbors.

Kinkaid Sportsman Lodge is available for rental all year long.  Make reservation request on line.  We will call or email you to confirm and arrange payment.

Rental Policy

 By submitting your reservation you agree that you have read the following rental policy and agree to the terms and conditions.

Between May 1st and Aug. 31st of each year, one-night rentals will be charged a $20 surcharge. Fri. and Sat. must be rented together.


All reservations require a $200 deposit to be secured by Credit Card. The balance due will be charged to your credit card when you arrive unless other arrangements have been made.

You must be at least 21 years of age to rent and stay in the Lodge.

Children are welcome but must be closely supervised by an adult. The Pond across the road is private property – No Trespassing! 

Kinkaid Sportsman Lodge is not responsible for your lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

You are responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property belonging to Kinkaid Sportsman Lodge.

Smoking is not allowed in the Lodge.  If our cleaning crew smells tobacco smoke in the cabin you will be charged a $50.00 de-fuming fee. 

You are allowed only the maximum number of 8 people.  We will charge a $100.00 gathering fee if we see that you have had more guests without prior authorization. 

Check in and check out times must be conformed to.  We only have a short time to get the cabins ready for the next guests.  No early check-ins or late check outs! 

Kinkaid Sportsman Lodge reserves the right to change rental rates at its discretion. 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival date will be charged the full amount due unless we are able to rent the Lodge to someone else for the same period. 

Cancellations must be made no less than 7 days prior to reservation date for a full refund. 

 Kinkaid Sportsman Lodge charges a $25.00 fee for any returned checks.

All reservations require a $200 deposit to be secured by check or cash. The balance due  when you arrive unless other arrangements have been made.  As long as you use common sense & follow the rules your deposit will be released.

 

  Cleaning Policy

Cleaning policy for Normal Use includes:
Wash and put away all dishes that you use including coffee pot, range & microwave.
Wipe off counters, table, stove and rinse out sink.
 Take trash to outside bin.
 Put dirty towels in the tub when you leave.
 Wipe up spills on floors and furniture.
 You do not need to strip the beds or wash the sheets and towels.  Leave the Beds you use unmade for linens to be changed by cleaning crew.

You will be charged a $40.00 cleaning fee if the lodge is left in disarray and dirty beyond normal use.  For normal use there is no additional charge for cleaning.
